SAME DAY DELIVERY:
All orders placed through our online portal for same-day delivery must be ordered by 12:00 pm (NOON) in the recipient's time zone for delivery within our local Newmarket-Aurora delivery zone. If there is any issue accommodating your same-day delivery request, we may call you at the customer number provided to ask for a date change. We will make every effort to accommodate all delivery date and time requests, but we cannot make any certain delivery time guarantees for orders placed for same-day delivery. For same-day service on the weekend within our local Newmarket-Aurora delivery zone, please order by 11:00 am Saturday. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Need to send flowers online to another city? Let us arrange a flower delivery outside of our local Newmarket-Aurora flower delivery area; orders must be placed by 11:00 AM, Monday through Friday, within the recipient’s city.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
If the exact flowers or container you have selected are not available, we will create a beautiful bouquet with the freshest flowers available. We will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Add water daily to ensure your floral arrangement stays fresh and display the flowers in a cool location away from direct sunlight. Remove all foliage below the waterline in the vase and recut the stems underwater with a sharp knife then replace them back in the vase with the floral preservative provided with the arrangement.
